The Project Manager - Water Solutions & Services will manage municipal and industrial water treatment projects from request for quote (RFQ) through final closeout. This includes RFQ package reviews, detailed review and appropriate markup of engineering drawings and specifications, and development and submittal of bid packages, including material, labor and third-party services. The role involves developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work, and reporting progress, risks, and variances to business unit leadership. Coordination of equipment procurement, vendor lead times, and submittal approvals are key to keeping projects on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will also schedule and coordinate service technician resources for project installation, startup, and commissioning, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers, contractors, and the WSS team on assigned projects. This includes communicating progress, changes, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Preparation, review, and processing of change orders, documenting scope, cost, and schedule impacts for approval, and maintaining complete and accurate project documentation are also essential. The role requires working with Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of awarded projects and accurate order entry. Occasional travel to customer sites for project meetings, both municipal and industrial, may be required.
