The Value Improvement Office (VIO) Project Management Office (PMO) division is responsible for a range of activities related to the design, planning, execution, facilitation, implementation, and completion of non-information technology operational projects adhering to timeline, budget, and scope. They oversee all aspects of MemorialCare VOI PMO projects and are responsible for working closely with the project stakeholders, including vendor management. Throughout the course of projects, they assign responsibilities, monitor and report on progress of projects, as well as prepare reports for leadership regarding the status of the project. The Project Manager provides consulting, scoping analysis, and overall project management related to the organization’s operational initiatives. The role is responsible for utilizing the end-to-end project management process from executive approval through governance, planning, implementation to warm hand off to operations, and post-go-live review. This position works independently with executive leaders, multi-disciplinary teams across the healthcare system, and external stakeholders to manage and successfully implement each project and acts as the point of accountability for delivering large scale, complex, and cross-functional implementations on time and on budget.
