About The Position

In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop compelling project proposals with clear ROI. You'll lead cross-functional project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. From project planning to risk management and quality assurance, your project management expertise will drive our strategic initiatives forward!

Requirements

5+ years of relevant project management experience and a Bachelor's degree.
A PMP certification (or equivalent) to showcase your expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools.
Strong communication, relationship management, and collaborative skills.

Nice To Haves

Background in technical/complex software projects (ERP, Salesforce).
Agile experience or Certified Scrum Master certification.
Knowledge in process improvement and finance principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and present business cases for funding approvals.
Lead and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
Facilitate communication and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Identify and mitigate risks while adapting to changing requirements.
Contribute to the evolution of our Business Transformation Office through innovative project reviews and stakeholder engagement.
