About The Position

This position helps manage daily functions of the Cleveland & Corporate divisions, managing administrative duties, overseeing projects, coordinating events as well as vendors and contractors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years of experience in office management or project management
  • Experience managing vendors and outside contractors
  • Previous industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee engagement events and corporate citizenship fundraisers/functions
  • Order all office supplies and other divisional supply needs
  • Coordinate and serve as point of contact for building vendors & external contractors
  • Act as project manager for any building upgrades or miscellaneous projects
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Manages the divisional uniform program
  • Coordinate special events and projects
  • Approver for new employee assets
  • Assist with divisional billing as needed
