Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in heavy civil underground utilities construction.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to travel approximately 30% with overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

College degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Estimating background.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the development of project budgets and scope of work plans.
Performing site visits, reviewing specs and drawings, and securing necessary permits.
Troubleshooting areas of concern on existing projects.
Communicating effectively with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and the construction team to provide status updates and coordinate pre-construction meetings.
Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and timely completion of work.
Managing subcontractors' schedules and approving invoices.
Maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Ensuring a high level of safety on jobsites.
