Requirements

7–10 years of experience managing federal or large public-sector application operations and maintenance
Must be available to work on-site

Nice To Haves

A PMP is a definite plus

Responsibilities

Prior management of enterprise application sustainment with dev/test/prod releases, user support, and federal reporting cadence
Direct experience with ticket backlogs, release calendars, monthly reporting, SLA reporting, subcontractor management, and COR-facing briefings
Knows TRIRIGA vocabulary to control delivery without pretending to be the architect
Coordinates contractor staff
Manages the work plan
Leads weekly ticket reviews
Prepares monthly reports
Supports quarterly reviews
Tracks staffing coverage
Manages the release calendar
Controls issue escalation
