About The Position

Source Intelligence is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in engineering, chemical management, or product/data/configuration management with experience in product design lifecycle and regulatory compliance. The company provides comprehensive ESG and compliance solutions to help clients identify and eliminate environmental hazards and human rights abuses in their supply chains. The ideal candidate will be a platform subject matter expert, responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring project delivery within scope and timeframes, and overseeing the software implementation process from start to finish. This includes organizing customer and internal teams, developing project plans, defining deliverables, gathering client requirements, performing gap analysis, data mapping, configuring solutions, conducting UATs, supporting clients post-implementation, and managing service desk tickets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in the high-tech industry in roles such as Project Manager, Sales Engineer/Architect, etc.
  • Experience with ERP/PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile or SAP PLM.
  • Experience with SaaS software implementation, support, and data management.
  • Ability to technically learn the compliance platform and its implementation.
  • Proactive attitude to planning, scheduling resources, and monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones.
  • Ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to create and obtain sign-off on project plans and keep them updated.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to organize and plan for platform changes such as security and upgrades.
  • Customer-focused approach, understanding key customers' strategies for adoption and developing programs for success.
  • Ability to promote ideas and encourage collaborative knowledge sharing with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to deliver expected outputs to high-quality standards and manage/communicate project-related changes.
  • Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to take initiative with confidence and work independently with an organized mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in engineering, chemical management, or a product/data/configuration manager with experience in product design lifecycle and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of product compliance i.e. RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, WEEE, Conflict Minerals.
  • Technical knowledge such as SQL and other programming language exposure.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices.
  • Direct experience mentoring, developing people and managing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Customer accounts, ensuring each project is delivered within an agreed scope, time frame, and owning the implementation process of the software project from start to end.
  • Organize and lead customer teams and internal resources.
  • Develop project plans and maintain timelines for accurate scheduling and alignment.
  • Define project deliverables, scope, develop assumptions, and build detailed specifications.
  • Gather and document client requirements using various techniques and offer solutions aligned with software capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Review requirements and perform gap analysis to ensure delivery to agreed client requirements and highlight risks.
  • Perform data mapping, assisting clients in producing output from their source system for the CMAP platform.
  • Continually expand knowledge as the platform develops.
  • Configure the solution to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and conduct UATs.
  • Support clients with the development of processes, procedures, and training materials.
  • Support the client post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles.
  • Own service desk tickets, working with business experts to qualify issues and prioritize work effectively.
  • Perform testing of the solution as changes are made to meet customer needs.
  • Provide presentations of the solution based on common customer use cases.
  • Support documentation and external training material reviews.
