About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the sales track of its Partner Program, including partners responsible for resell, co-sell, and upsell activities. This individual will drive key program initiatives, operational improvements, and process changes to ensure successful execution across the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

4+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong experience managing project backlogs, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence, establish execution cadence, and deliver projects in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting sales, partner, channel, or go-to-market programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the operational lead for the Partner Program sales track, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
Own and manage the project backlog, prioritizing workstreams and coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and governance processes.
Facilitate recurring meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to drive alignment and accountability.
Identify, escalate, and remove blockers to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.
Track risks, dependencies, and action items while proactively driving resolution.
Partner with business, sales, and program stakeholders to implement process and operational changes that improve efficiency and program effectiveness.
