About The Position

E-logic is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager / Task Lead to provide contract technical and management direction for a $5M+ law enforcement centric network infrastructure program. You will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for planning, billing, and coordination with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and IRS-CI staff, ensuring all project deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with mission goals. Travel may be required on a limited basis to provide onsite support at the locations identified: Florence, KY 41042, Memphis, TN 38118, Kearneysville, WV 25430 and Ogden, UT 84404. This role is part of a proposal for Internal Revenue Services. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen for this position.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity (ideally $5M+ portfolios or law enforcement network environments).
• Strong competency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cross-functional contractor technical team to meet all delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Deliver Weekly and Monthly Status Reports and lead regular project review meetings.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies within Jira to track and optimize team sprints.
