Reporting to the relevant leader and working within a diverse and collaborative project team, the Project Manager will lead the development and execution of tailings capital projects, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and risk. They will partner with plant and operational stakeholders to identify priorities and define value-driven project scopes, support decision-making through accurate cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments, and ensure safety is integrated into all project phases. The role also involves managing contractors and vendors, monitoring project performance, and driving continuous improvement. Facilitating effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
