About The Position

Strongpoint is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Project Manager who knows how to turn strategy into action and keep things moving as the organization evolves. This role is ideal for a high-ownership operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and enjoys working across teams to drive real change. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that support our platform and affiliate companies while minimizing disruption and maximizing impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, startups, or similarly fast-moving environments
  • Strong project management and execution skills across multiple workstreams
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, discretion, and follow-through
  • Thrives in ambiguity and brings calm, structure, and momentum

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multiple cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies in Asana
  • Keep teams aligned through clear communication, regular check-ins, and strong follow-through
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Technology, and Leadership to move work forward
  • Serve as a key connector between the Strongpoint platform team and affiliate partners
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and bring clarity to shifting priorities
  • Create concise updates and materials for senior leadership
