Senior Strategy & Operations Project Manager Description - Senior Strategy & Operations Project Manager will work across PS, SC, CO & Finance to orchestrate and drive an execution plan. PM will ensure alignment across all stakeholders and minimize surprises. PM needs to have sense of urgency to get things done.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Responsibilities

  • Develops recommendations from complex data and business analysis and formulates them into business plans.
  • Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.
  • Manages cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
  • Drives all aspects of priority projects and makes final team decisions; develops business plans and proactively identifies new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.
  • Develops and drives comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.
  • Identifies or develops cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
  • Counsels business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions.
  • Develops and executes forward-thinking strategies for building and nurturing long-term business relationships.
