About The Position

Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects within the Strategic Program Management group, supporting cross-line of business initiatives, including partnerships, acquisitions, and enterprise growth efforts. Assigned projects may be general or systems-related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user and stakeholder needs, while driving alignment across a broad set of partners. Supports core project management activities such as building and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and providing updates. Participates in training users and evaluating the project, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and adoption. Demonstrates the ability to connect the dots across business areas, anticipate needs, and adapt to shifting priorities. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance, fostering collaboration and accountability across cross-functional teams. Success in the role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to pivot quickly, along with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
