Requirements

• Self-motivated, competitive, and ready to win.
• A pickup truck is required (or the ability to get one within 60 days).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors in the Texas weather.
• Strong communication skills and a "neighbor-first" attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Canvass Austin-area neighborhoods to identify roof damage and offer free inspections.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance process to help them get a new roof for just their deductible.
• Oversee the build from start to finish, ensuring quality.
• Build a referral base in the community to maintain a full pipeline year-round.
