Requirements

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study; or 2+ more years of related experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel

Nice To Haves

2 or more years of experience in the piling industry
2+ years of project management, customer service, or sales experience
Project Management certification

Responsibilities

Establishing strong relationships with customers.
Managing all post-sale activities for assigned projects.
Reading and interpreting contract drawings, engineering documents, and production orders.
Identifying and communicating potential problems or delays and offering cost-effective solutions.
Maintaining the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with internal and external customers.
Facilitating effective communications between external customers, the project team, and internal departments.
Coordinating internal resources and external vendors for the successful execution of projects.
Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
