About The Position

The Project Manager, Single‑Site & Mid‑Market Customers role is responsible for delivering customer‑aligned projects for single‑site and mid‑market customers, using strong project management discipline, standardized processes, and clear customer communication. This role manages multiple concurrent projects aligned to customer size and complexity, ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Strong process orientation with experience executing repeatable delivery models
  • Experience supporting integrations, system migrations, custom development, or platform initiatives
  • Ability to balance customer partnership with delivery accountability
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
  • Clear, professional communication with both internal teams and customers, supporting alignment and on‑time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects aligned to small and mid‑market accounts
  • Apply standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, and Validation
  • Drive execution through positive, professional, and proactive communication while remaining firm on timelines, scope, and commitments
  • Demonstrate strong internal and external communication, ensuring alignment with customers, delivery teams, and leadership
  • Identify and manage risks early, escalating as needed to maintain delivery momentum
  • Ensure projects meet defined quality, compliance, timeline, and customer success outcomes
