About The Position

This role manages the delivery of program-specific projects that enhance tools, processes, and other critical areas within Ship Repair Programs. It is responsible for developing, improving, and validating the plans, processes, and policies required to execute repair projects effectively. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance improvements and ensure initiatives are completed on time, on budget, and to defined scope and quality standards.
