About The Position

Vertical Relevance is looking for a Project Manager with ServiceNow to join our team Full-time in the NYC Metro area. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems. Project Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow implementation projects within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will bring a combination of in-depth project management skills, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to effective lineage with stakeholders to drive project success. ServiceNow experience is essential, and ServiceNow certifications are highly valued. Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow platform in a pre-sales or delivery capacity, implementations.
Proven experience in delivering successful ServiceNow implementations across Financial Services, Telecom, and HCLS industries.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
Understanding of ServiceNow Industry and Custom Workflows.
Demonstrated experience leading pre-sales activities, including solution design, architecture, and proposal development.
Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional project teams.
ServiceNow Certified System services industry to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. (CSA certified or CSA trained, and voucher obtained).
Completed the PM development journey.

Nice To Haves

PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience with cloud technologies and IT transformation programs.
Deep industry expertise in financial services, telecom, or healthcare & life sciences.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in Project Management, engagement management, client communication, and Project Leadership: Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Engagement Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives and project sponsors, within the financial -ServiceNow
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps.
Understanding of ServiceNow Creator Workflow, Employee Workflow, HR, Legal, Talent and stakeholder management.
Strong ServiceNow platform expertise; ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Project Portfolio Management) are highly advantageous.
Familiarity with financial services industry compliance and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and navigate complex client environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients, including the creation and management of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle; proactively manage and resolve issues as they arise.
Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including cross-functional team members and third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.
ServiceNow Expertise: Provide technical guidance and strategic insights on ServiceNow capabilities, aligning ServiceNow solutions with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the financial services domain.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, report on progress to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance standards specific to financial Industry and Custom Workflows.
