The Service Automation Project Manager will create and develop relationships supportive of the Baker Group Core Focus and Values with team members and internal and external clients. This person will provide opportunities to increase business unit revenues by marketing and cross-selling products and services including but not limited to, commercial automation systems, preventative maintenance agreements, and industrial automation systems/ instrumentation equipment. In addition, this position will manage projects in a manner that compliments all facets of the project from design to owner training. This role provides sales and field installation support for secured projects, reviews estimates, initiates sales/ops turnovers, documents scope, reviews control submittals, re-estimates, assists with scheduling and revenue forecasting, and prices all change orders to meet client labor rates and markups. This person collaborates with the Automation Business Unit team to support clients on small and large projects. Maintain and grow the “Client for Life” concept for existing and new clients. Performs related work as required.
