About The Position

SitusAMC is seeking a highly motivated and delivery-focused Project Manager / Programme Manager to support the Global Securitized Products business. The role will be responsible for driving strategic business initiatives, growth programmes, platform enhancements, regulatory projects, operating model changes, and cross-functional delivery through disciplined programme management and the firm's governance and operational readiness frameworks. The successful candidate will act as the central coordinator across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and other infrastructure functions, ensuring business initiatives move from strategy and planning through governance, execution, implementation, and benefits realization. This individual will own program governance, coordinate stakeholder engagement, track actions and dependencies, challenge delays, drive accountability, and provide relentless follow-up to ensure delivery against committed timelines. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys navigating large organizations, and takes pride in driving complex growth and change initiatives from strategy to implementation through disciplined programme management, governance, stakeholder alignment, and relentless execution.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of project management, programme management, business management, or change management experience within a global investment bank.
  • Strong understanding of Front Office trading businesses and financial markets.
  • Experience managing strategic growth programmes, business expansion initiatives, governance processes, regulatory projects, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record coordinating complex cross-functional programs.
  • Experience interacting with senior business leaders and control functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Securitized Products, Fixed Income, Credit, Structured Finance, Mortgages, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, Agency MBS, or Whole Loans experience.
  • Experience supporting trading desks or capital markets businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate strategic growth programmes, business expansion initiatives, platform builds, governance submissions, and delivery workstreams across Securitized Products.
  • Drive completion of required programme documentation, business cases, operating models, risk assessments, implementation plans, and executive materials.
  • Partner closely with Front Office sponsors to define strategy, scope, objectives, commercial rationale, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
  • Act as the primary coordinator between business sponsors, delivery teams, and control functions.
  • Manage engagement with governance forums, approval committees, steering groups, and senior stakeholders.
  • Track decisions, approvals, conditions, milestones, actions, and remediation requirements through execution and implementation.
  • Ensure initiatives comply with internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, control expectations, and agreed delivery disciplines.
  • Coordinate Operational Readiness assessments and implementation planning.
  • Facilitate workshops across stakeholders to identify impacts, dependencies, controls, and process changes.
  • Define and track readiness criteria across: Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Reporting.
  • Identify execution risks and drive mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all implementation requirements are completed prior to launch.
  • Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, governance trackers, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives and workstreams.
  • Track action plans and drive timely completion of deliverables.
  • Escalate issues, risks, and resource constraints proactively.
  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Produce concise executive updates highlighting: Progress, Key decisions, Risks, Dependencies, Escalations required.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Front Office and infrastructure partners.
  • Build strong relationships across Markets, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Audit.
  • Influence outcomes through collaboration, persistence, and effective communication.
  • Facilitate working groups, governance meetings, and steering committees.
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across competing priorities.
  • Enhance governance processes, project management standards, and implementation disciplines.
  • Develop scalable reporting and tracking tools.
  • Improve transparency around delivery, growth priorities, ownership, and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline programme governance, growth execution, implementation processes, and delivery routines.
