About The Position

Ignite Digital is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to support a U.S. Navy program in the Norfolk, Virginia area. The role provides direct oversight of data-related projects, including data migration, data integration, and analytics initiatives, and ensures execution across Agile and Waterfall development environments. The position coordinates project planning, budgeting, team facilitation, and risk management, and serves as a leader for cross-functional Navy-focused data teams.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in project management and/or scrum management.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including facilitating ceremonies and managing hybrid environments.
Strong project planning, risk management, schedule management, and budget oversight capabilities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated servant leadership and coaching abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Active DoW SECRET clearance.
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be subject to a government security investigation.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and overseeing complex data-focused projects, including data migration, data integration, and data analytics.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables; manage project budgets and track performance.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with mission requirements.
Facilitate Agile and Waterfall processes, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and structured milestones.
Remove impediments and support team self-organization to improve delivery speed and quality.
Coach teams on Agile and Waterfall principles, best practices, and process adherence.
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
