About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Project Manager to join the Gartner Consulting Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects that empower our sales organization to achieve their goals more efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes to drive meaningful impact through change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years proven experience in sales, sales strategy, sales enablement, communications, or project management within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong operational efficiency and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and training to high profile audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills and experience using data to drive decisions and measure success
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in AI solutions and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform is a strong plus
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales enablement projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Consulting Partners, and other key stakeholders to identify needs, define project requirements, and deliver impactful enablement solutions
  • Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to assess project impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Create, maintain, and optimize sales enablement materials, tools, and performance reporting
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on new processes, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure all enablement initiatives are aligned with company strategy and sales goals
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of sales enablement programs
