About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a driven and passionate individual to join their team as a Project Manager in Roofing Sales. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000 - $150,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding $200,000. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding. They offer a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, bonus pay through competitions, and a strong support system with some company-provided leads, though self-generation through door-to-door sales is expected. The role involves generating leads, inspecting roofs and exteriors, educating homeowners, writing and closing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation (must carry a ladder)
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
