About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a passionate, idea-driven, and leadership-oriented Project Manager for their sales team. As a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States, Shamrock is expanding across the Midwest and South and is looking for individuals to join their success story. The company has built a $70M roofing brand on reputation, community, and results, and provides systems, brand power, and back-end support to help sales professionals close significant deals. This is a year-round job opportunity in roofing sales. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales, with some company leads provided, but self-generated leads are expected. This is a 1099 commission-based position with an average annual compensation of $70,000 - $150,000+, with top performers earning over $200,000+.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file (for company truck use).

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish
