Project Manager - Roofing Sales
About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Project Manager for Roofing Sales in Oklahoma City. This is a 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70K–$150K+, with top performers making over $200K+. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding. Shamrock Roofing has built a $70M brand on reputation, community, and results, and provides systems, brand power, and back-end support. Veterans are encouraged to apply. The role requires comfort with D2D (door-to-door) sales, with some company leads provided, but self-generated leads are expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job. Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
- A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
- Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
- Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
- Cell Phone
- Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
- Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file (for company truck use)

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
- Write and close roofing contracts
- Collect Money
- Manage the project from start to finish
