About The Position

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for their Retail Construction Projects Team, responsible for supporting the delivery of retail projects for a financial services client. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. The position is remote but requires the candidate to be located in the greater Atlanta, GA market for weekly jobsite visits. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performance.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecasts.
  • Implementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative project management practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
