About The Position

Adams, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their Residential Electrical Division. This role is responsible for overseeing residential electrical construction projects from contract award through final completion, focusing on new residential construction, custom homes, residential remodels and additions, multi-family residential projects, and service and panel upgrade projects. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal field teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of residential electrical construction experience
  • Experience coordinating projects, crews, schedules, or construction operations
  • Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and construction practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Wisconsin Residential Journeyman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License
  • Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Experience working with custom home builders and remodel contractors
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, project management software, or construction management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential electrical projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors
  • Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope documents
  • Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, and profitability
  • Prepare and manage change orders
  • Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and inspectors
  • Support electricians and field leadership throughout project execution
  • Ensure projects meet all applicable code requirements and inspection standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Conduct jobsite visits and progress reviews
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle
