About The Position

The Project Manager, Research Support coordinates and leads efforts in a variety of research activities that are complex and wide in scope. The Project Manager, Research Support operates with the goal of ensuring that the collection of data and administration of studies are performed efficiently and in compliance with applicable guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
• Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
• Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Aids in the evaluation of problems with workflow, organization, and planning and develops appropriate analytical approaches.
• Maintains multiple protocol books and chronicles manuscript preparation.
• Performs analyses of computerized datasets using standard packages to import, update, and manipulate datasets.
• Presents studies’ results at professional scientific meetings and conferences.
• Writes manuscripts and journal articles for peer-reviewed medical journals.
• Ensures that research program objectives are communicated, met, and results are documented.
• Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
