Requirements

Strong awareness of cloud technologies and cloud-based delivery models, including public and hybrid-cloud environments.
Experience collaborating with cloud engineering teams to support deployment strategies, platform modernization efforts, and cloud migration initiatives.
Understanding of cloud operational considerations, including scalability, resilience, monitoring, security, and service management.
Experience supporting release activities involving cloud-native applications, APIs, containerized services, and automated deployment pipelines.
Experience partnering closely with software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, architecture, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, testing, and business teams.
Experience facilitating discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Experience communicating release impacts, timelines, dependencies, and risks to senior leadership and affected business units.
Experience fostering strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
Experience driving project execution from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
Experience defining project scope, milestones, resource requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Experience tracking progress against project plans and providing regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Experience proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
Experience coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced banking technology environment.
Experience leading end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly technology releases.
Experience developing and maintaining release calendars, implementation schedules, and deployment plans across multiple projects and technology platforms.
Experience facilitating release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, change approvals, and post-release validations.
Experience ensuring releases are completed on schedule, within scope, and with minimal disruption to production environments.
Experience managing release dependencies, risks, rollback plans, and contingency strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly technology releases.
Develop and maintain release calendars, implementation schedules, and deployment plans across multiple projects and technology platforms.
Facilitate release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, change approvals, and post-release validations.
Ensure releases are completed on schedule, within scope, and with minimal disruption to production environments.
Manage release dependencies, risks, rollback plans, and contingency strategies.
Drive project execution from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
