As our next Project Manager, Real-World Data (RWD), you will lead complex, customer-facing projects that transform healthcare data into actionable insights. Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, research, healthcare technology, or related industries
- Proven experience leading customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing real-world data (RWD) or real-world evidence (RWE) projects or eClinical projects
- Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, or other healthcare privacy regulations
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems and evidence generation processes
Responsibilities
- Own the successful delivery of complex healthcare data and evidence generation projects
- Drive governance, reporting, change management, and project execution from kick-off to completion
- Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project governance to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate across scientific, technical, and operational teams to bring projects to life
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and delivery practices
