About The Position

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will support the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, working closely with senior team members to help achieve project goals. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and organized project environment, and will assist in coordinating stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in project management while contributing to successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
2+ years of related work experience in project coordination or construction-related roles
Exposure to commercial office or retail construction projects is a plus
Tech-mined; Experience with Microsoft office (word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable interacting with team members, clients, and vendors, and eager to build professional relationships across all levels.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Support the delivery of strategic solutions for clients

Under the Senior Director of Operation’s and Senior General Manager’s direction, supervise and direct contractors and monitor performance
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
