About The Position

BECI is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join their team in the Denver, CO market. This position is considered local, but out-of-market travel may be required occasionally for training and to support other branches/markets. The company emphasizes that previous Building Enclosure experience is a plus, but they are willing to train the right candidate. The role involves assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues, providing on-site support and quality analysis at construction sites, producing reports based on investigations, assisting with the preparation of construction specifications, and providing technical support to staff. The position also requires attending trade shows, seminars, and educational programs for industry trend awareness and professional development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (engineering/construction management) or equivalent experience in the construction industry.

IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC)
EIT certificate

Responsibilities

Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
