About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support projects from planning through completion. This role will assist with project coordination, scheduling, governance, documentation, and communication across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring schedules, tasks, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, status reports, action items, and governance artifacts.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, tracking action items, and following up with team members.
  • Monitor project progress using JIRA, ensuring work items, dependencies, risks, and milestones are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to support project requirements, priorities, scope, and timelines.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and key decisions to project stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support project governance by preparing reporting materials, escalating risks or roadblocks, and ensuring adherence to established project management processes.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in maintaining accountability for assigned tasks and project deliverables.
