Requirements

Experience working with clients or customers, required.
Ability to work onsite, full-time, at our Fort Wayne location, required.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in the marketing industry, preferred.
Understanding of social media and Google Ads, strongly preferred.
SEO, AIO and/or website update experience, preferred.
Experience launching a website, a plus.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage most of the Client communication related to specific projects. This includes providing client support, scheduling meetings, and managing deliverables.
Translating customer needs into written direction for production team members and in turn explaining at the customer's level any necessary feedback from internal team members.
Manage all documentation from beginning to end of project, using the provided tools.
Track timelines, report progress, trouble-shoot project delays, and project scope creep with appropriate team members; timely communication of issues.
Manage multiple projects concurrently through the entire life cycle from concept through completion.
Understand and maintain basic knowledge of Google platform applications such as Search, Ads, and Analytics.
Understand and maintain basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Understand and maintain basic knowledge of web design trends and development platform capabilities.
Test and review all designs and development functionality before final project approval (QA).
