About The Position

This opportunity is with a growing, $50M restoration company operating across residential and commercial markets. The business is in an aggressive growth phase, expanding its large loss and program work footprint. This role will cover the 5 Burroughs in New York City. This role exists because volume and project complexity have outpaced the current team. They need a Senior Mitigation Project Manager who can step in immediately, take ownership of large loss files, and operate without hand -holding. This is not a rebuild role. This is a plug -in -and -produce role. This is a Senior -level, performance -driven position. You will be managing 15–20 mitigation projects simultaneously, all at different phases. You will be expected to: Stay ahead of timelines Maintain tight documentation Communicate constantly with field teams and internal staff There is no room here for disorganization or learning the basics. You will be measured on execution, documentation quality, and project control—not effort. If you need structure, reminders, or oversight to stay on track, this will not work. This role is built for a true Senior Mitigation PM—someone who already knows how to run large loss work at scale and is ready to step into a higher -output environment.

Requirements

  • Senior Mitigation Project Managers with 5–7+ years of experience in restoration
  • Professionals actively managing large loss mitigation projects
  • Candidates with TPA / program work experience
  • Individuals experienced in DASH or MICA, plus Xactimate
  • Operators currently handling high project volume (10+ jobs) and ready for more
  • High performers who take ownership, stay organized, and don’t need oversight to execute
  • Candidates looking to grow into larger responsibility and leadership over time

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of 15–20 active mitigation projects across residential and commercial losses
  • Oversee large loss jobs from intake through stabilization and handoff
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure scope execution aligns with timelines and carrier expectations
  • Maintain accurate, real -time documentation across all files
  • Interface with TPAs and program requirements, ensuring compliance and communication standards are met
  • Utilize systems such as DASH, MICA, and Xactimate for job tracking, reporting, and estimating
  • Identify risks, delays, or scope gaps early and take corrective action
  • Communicate consistently with internal operations and leadership on job status and performance
