Requirements

Experience serving as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or Project Manager for data, analytics, or software delivery teams
Experience managing product roadmaps.
Overseeing multiple Agile delivery teams, and leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable KPIs
Experience overseeing data ecosystems, BI platforms, or enterprise analytics initiatives
Experience managing stakeholder relationships, executive communications, and governance processes
Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
Experience managing teams that predominately work with SQL-based data environments and cloud platforms such as Azure, such as Synapse, Data Factory, or Azure SQL
Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
Public Trust HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting VA systems or other federal IT programs
Experience scaling enterprise data environments
Experience with CRM systems, telephony systems, and workforce management platforms
Experience designing dashboards, scorecards, and BI reporting frameworks for executive leadership
Experience with data governance, cataloging, security, and cross-organizational data sharing
Possession of excellent analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree
Agile certification, such as CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent
