About The Position

Ensitech is seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Product Manager to lead client discovery and project delivery for custom web, mobile, and SaaS applications. The role partners directly with the CEO and takes ownership of client discovery and project delivery, helping free executive bandwidth to scale the business. The position requires translating business needs into clear roadmaps and technical requirements, managing client relationships, and coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product or Technical Project Management experience in a custom software agency or development shop.
• Proven ability to manage multiple web and mobile builds simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to discuss business value with clients and technical specifications with engineers.
• High autonomy and the ability to step into active projects and establish structure immediately.
• Strong client relationship management and technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Translate clients’ business ideas and needs into clear roadmaps and technical specifications using straightforward, jargon-free language.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for active clients and independently manage expectations, timelines, and project scope.
• Write actionable user stories and manage sprint backlogs.
• Unblock developers and verify quality before client demos.
• Manage multiple web and mobile projects simultaneously.
