We are currently executing feasibility study, detailed design, and construction work ranging from small capital improvement projects to our client’s largest mega-projects. In this role, you will be responsible for delivery as a Project Manager for the Process Area for a gold concentrator project including scope from primary crusher through grinding, flotation, thickening, acidulation, Counter-Current Decantation, tailings thickening/ pumping, Cyanide circuit, and refining systems. Beyond this specific role, you may lead or support small to large-sized or mega-sized EPC or EPCM projects. Project Managers work on multidisciplinary teams to plan, direct, and execute work requiring sound technical judgment and strong project controls in the evaluation, organization, and delivery of project management assignments worldwide. This role has overall responsibility for managing and coordinating project activities in compliance with contractual requirements while ensuring safety, quality, value, schedule adherence, and Fluor profitability. This position is designed for a seasoned professional capable of leading infrastructure scopes independently or as part of a larger project leadership team. At this level, the role may also serve as the lead Project Manager for a large to medium-sized project with full accountability, or manage a significant and complex scope on a major project. You will work closely with project directors and regional execution leadership and will have access to Fluor University courses and knowledge management communities to support continuous professional development and enhanced project execution.
