Woodfield Outdoors is seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join their team. This key role bridges project management and field operations, serving as the primary connection between the project management team and job site crews. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and exceptional quality on every project. This position is ideal for a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, a passion for leadership, and a drive to exceed client expectations by delivering projects on time and to the highest standards. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a field supervisor, project manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend experience preferred, training available).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, maintain project timelines, and ensure high-quality work.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding project schedules, progress updates, and any necessary adjustments.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project budget by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Create timely purchase orders (POs) to ensure materials and subcontractors are secured on schedule.
• Conduct weekly Foreman hand-off meetings to ensure seamless transitions and clear expectations.
• Review the site layout of construction plans with the Superintendent to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Maintain a healthy crew culture by fostering teamwork, leadership, and accountability within the job site.
• Strive for a near-zero punch list by proactively identifying and addressing project issues before completion.
