POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager Pointcore Construction is responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from guaranteed maximum price (GMP) approval through project closeout. This role is expected to lead construction projects and maintain positive and effective working relationships with both internal and external members of the project team including owners, designers, engineers, field operations, trade partners, program managers, and preconstruction managers. This role will run or oversee owner meetings, trade partner meetings, trade partner buyout, material procurement, jobsite safety, jobsite quality, project schedule, writing subcontracts, owner change orders, subcontractor change orders, cost forecasting, and construction document management.
