About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager (PMO Operations) to support a client engagement focused on PMO operations, governance, and project management activities. The consultant will play a key role in overseeing PMO processes, monitoring project performance and ensuring the effective execution of PMO frameworks and operational standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience from consulting firms or government entities.

Requirements

  • Saudi National
  • 6–8 years of experience in project management and PMO operations.
  • Experience working within consulting firms or government entities.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day PMO operations and ensure adherence to governance standards and processes.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across the project portfolio.
  • Prepare PMO dashboards, status reports, executive updates, and performance metrics.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and portfolio tracking activities.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and follow up on action items and decisions.
  • Maintain project documentation, logs, and PMO repositories.
  • Support risk, issue, and change management processes across projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and methodologies.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations based on project and portfolio performance data.
