Requirements
- Project management software experience
- Joint Commission compliance knowledge
- Understanding of current Joint Commission EOC standards
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Facilities leadership team and healthcare organization key stakeholders to determine project scope of work and expectations.
- Communicate regularly to the project team.
- Set up meetings and schedules.
- Develop detailed project plans to track project progress.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget.
- Ensure that all DRMC and Tenet vendors are meeting project expectations.
- Use project management software to track project budget and deliverables.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
- Ensure resources and allocation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate challenges to management as needed.
- Ensure a collegial relationship between key stakeholders and vendors.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Help Director implement and maintain a quality management system.
- Responsible for Joint Commission compliance and understand current Joint Commission EOC standards.
- Represent the Facilities department in the absence of the Director.
