About The Position

The Project Manager - Photography & Media will oversee the entire workflow of photo requests, from initial submission to final delivery of files. This may include organizing and assigning requests, ensuring effective communication with campus partners, managing timelines, and maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming photo requests from campus partners.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review and organize final images for delivery to campus partners.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of all media files.
• Provide feedback and support to photography team to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist with coordinating freelance photographers when necessary.
