About The Position
Nas.io is building Shopify for the AI era: a platform that helps net-new entrepreneurs find customers and sell online. We’re an AI-first business platform used by 16,000+ entrepreneurs, growing rapidly month over month, and we scaled revenue 5× in 2025. Backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs and based in Singapore, we’re entering a critical scale phase. We’re looking for an ambitious Media Project Manager to help us produce fresh, authentic content for Nas.io. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends intuitively, and has a natural “hustler” energy. We’re looking for a highly organized Media Project Manager with a background in media companies and a proven track record of running large, complex projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate challenges before they arise, and love bringing multiple moving pieces together to deliver results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in media or content-driven companies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for storytelling, creators, and innovative media experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for high-impact initiatives across product, marketing, and creator programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met on time and at high quality.
- Develop timelines, resource plans, and progress reports for senior leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous projects and help the team stay focused on outcomes.
