About The Position

This role leads operations, including managing Annual and Quarterly Planning designed to align resources and funding to strategic priorities, while leading a team, managing vendors and freelance talent infrastructure. The Senior Operations Manager also coordinates elements of personnel management including cultural initiatives, the performance review process, and staffing.

Requirements

  • 15+ years relevant experience in managing the operations for a creative advertising agency or in-house creative department.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing a high-performing operations team.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing operations with hands-on experience and proven ability of enhancing the strategic approach to planning and operations.
  • Proven experience establishing and optimizing processes that streamline operations, increase efficiency, simplify workflows and elevate quality.
