About The Position

The Project Manager focuses on the delivery and execution of Packaged Power projects in relation to our customers’ business outcomes and experiences. Works with the appropriate Reynolds Company resources, external partners, and customers to ensure efficient and timely management and delivery of projects. Leverage successes within The Reynolds Company to develop trust and showcase capabilities with the account management team and our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field required. Relevant industry experience (8+ years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five (5) or more years of enterprise-level project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams of 10 or more individuals.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to support sales efforts, develop project strategies, and negotiate project scope, deliverables, change orders, and contractual terms.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the electrical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing and executing the Packaged Power strategic business plan to achieve target KPIs while collaborating with customers and partners to deliver effective solutions.
  • Manages multiple customer projects simultaneously, providing overall project leadership and ensuring deliverables are completed in accordance with the defined Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Oversees project execution, including resource coordination, schedule management, scope, financial performance, quality, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains project plans, monitors progress, resolves issues, and communicates status to customers, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Partners with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop solutions, prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), support proposals, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships while ensuring contractual commitments and project objectives are achieved.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer service, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilizes CRM and other business systems to maintain accurate project and customer information.
  • Participates in ongoing professional development to enhance technical and project management knowledge.
