The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the construction of office, retail, residential, and mixed-use structures, facilities, and systems. The Project Manager (Owners Representative) will participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Key responsibilities include analyzing and coordinating the schedule, timeline, procurement, and selection of the General Contractor and professional service team, as well as leading and guiding the work of technical staff, and representing the interests of the owner/developer.

Responsibilities
