In the Project Manager Outside sales position, you'll guide homeowners through the roofing restoration process from the initial inspection to project completion.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Cell phone
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Coachable and eager to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a desire to earn a high income
Comfortable working outdoors and in a door-to-door sales environment
Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working at heights
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and storm restoration opportunities
Conduct roof, siding, and gutter inspections
Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and replacement options
Prepare estimates and present solutions
Close sales and execute contracts
Manage customer relationships throughout the entire project
Coordinate with production and office teams to ensure successful project completion
Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after installation
