About The Position

New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a multidisciplinary mental health organization dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality behavioral health services that improve the lives of individuals, couples, and families. As we continue to expand our services and develop new programs, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to help bring our next phase of growth to life. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and launch of an innovative Functional Psychiatry Program from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in healthcare operations, program development, and cross-functional project leadership who is passionate about improving access to quality mental health care. Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare project management, business development, healthcare operations, or program implementation.
  • Proven success launching new healthcare services, programs, or clinical initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical and administrative teams in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms and business productivity tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in outpatient mental health, behavioral health, or psychiatry settings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and launch of an innovative Functional Psychiatry Program from concept to successful implementation.
  • Create strategic business plans, operational workflows, and scalable systems that support high-quality patient care.
  • Drive project execution by managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless program launch and patient experience.
  • Conduct market research and help shape service offerings, pricing, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient engagement, and long-term growth.
  • Serve as the key project leader, ensuring accountability, communication, and successful delivery of project objectives.
