NYSERDA works with stakeholders statewide, including residents, business owners, developers, community leaders, local government officials, universities, investors, entrepreneurs, and more, to develop, invest, and foster conditions that: Attract the private sector capital investment needed to expand New York’s clean energy economy. Advance solutions for using clean energy at a large-scale in New York. Enable New York’s communities and residents to benefit equitably in the clean energy transition. The Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, Residential Technical and Contractor Support in the Integrated Energy Solutions unit has an integral role in the day-to-day implementation of New York State’s residential energy efficiency and clean energy programs, including EmPower+, NYSERDA’s flagship program serving low-to-moderate income households. The Project Manager will work with a dedicated group of NYSERDA staff and technical assistance providers with a primary focus on the operations of the high-volume, fast-paced EmPower+ program. The Project Manager will, working with the team, take a lead role in coordinating the review and resolution of customer service inquiries about work done through the program and provide contractor support to ensure participating home improvement contractors are working to program specifications, and maintain project records for future program enhancements.
